Chargetec C400 series
The C400 range of battery trip units provide a more comprehensive array of functions to those offered in the Intermediate range.
This includes a microprocessor based temperature compensated current limited charger with a wider range of alarms.
High volts, low volts and high impedance alarms are standard on the 24V & 30V units and can be added with the addition of a BA300 battery alarm relay on the 110V versions.
The metering is also increased over the Intermediate range to include a charger output ammeter and an alarm LED.
This range is suitable for larger battery and / or standing load capabilities. This is typically between 8-26Ah batteries with 5-10A chargers.
